TVR Car Club Open Morning 2024
On Saturday, October 12th, we were delighted to host our annual TVR Car Club Coffee Morning at Hilton & Moss. Our showroom was filled with excitement as passionate TVR enthusiasts arrived, showcasing a stunning array of classic and modern models. TVRs, known for their unique design and exhilarating performance, were on full display, representing decades of British automotive craftsmanship.
Guests enjoyed a delicious breakfast, prepared on our on-site BBQ, along with fresh coffee brewed by a local barista. All the while, they admired the remarkable collection of TVRs—each car reflecting the brand's rich legacy and the personal touch of its owner.
Our relationship with the TVR Car Club is the ultimate collaboration in keeping the history of TVR alive for years to come. Over the years, TVR gained a reputation for creating powerful, lightweight sports cars with a rebellious spirit. Models such as the Griffith, Tuscan and Cerbera became legendary, offering thrilling performance without modern electronic driver aids, making them a pure driving experience. The marque's signature has always been combining bespoke design with raw power, often featuring roaring V8 or straight-six engines.
In our showroom, we were privileged to showcase some iconic models, including a beautiful TVR T350t, a 1 owner from new TVR Tuscan, a 2 owners from new TVR Tamora, both of we had the pleasure of selling new as our former selves - Castle TVR.
As part of the event, TVR Car Club members were treated to an exclusive, all-access tour of our state-of-the-art facilities. The tour offered a behind-the-scenes look at our restoration and service operations, highlighting the detailed craftsmanship required to keep these iconic vehicles performing at their best.
The tour included a walk-through of our two-storey showroom, a visit to our secure storage facility and concluded at our restoration workshop, where club members had the opportunity to meet with our specialists and TVR legends Snibbs and Skip.
The event not only celebrated the timeless appeal of TVR but also brought together a community of enthusiasts who share a deep appreciation for these remarkable cars.
