Introducing the exceptionally rare Exige Sprint 2008 model, uniquely showcased at Hilton & Moss. With a lineage of 6 attentive owners, the car comes complete with an extensive service history. Notably enhanced with Uprated Nitron Suspension, the vehicle also features a pivotal gearbox rebuild, accompanied by a gearbox oil cooler and an upgraded Exedy clutch. This "08 plate" vehicle boasts a mesmerizing Persian Blue exterior, coupled with Gold and Aspen White accents.

Adding to its exclusivity, the factory-fitted Cup upgrade sets this vehicle apart. The enhancement includes a power boost to 260bhp, an integrated Roll Cage, and distinctive Cup Wheels. A commemorative plaque within the car designates it as car 001 of this upgrade series! The car also comes with the all-important Lotus Certificate of Vehicle Provenance confirming the car to be number 6 of 13 UK Exige Sprints and being factory upgraded to Cup 260 specification.

In homage to Lotus' inaugural production year in Hethel, 1967, these 40 vehicles were manufactured with unique chassis year plates, spanning from 1967 to 2007. Notably, 1982 is absent from this series, signifying the unfortunate passing of Colin Chapman. Our Exige Sprint is designated as a tribute to 1987.

Drawing inspiration from one of the most iconic colour schemes from the early 1970s, Lotus Cars revisited history with the limited edition Exige Sprint. A mere 40 units were made available, boasting a dual-tone paint design. The lower body is adorned in Aspen White, harmonizing with the upper body, available in either Solar Yellow or Persian Blue. A gold stripe, bearing the moniker "Exige Sprint," elegantly separates the two colours.

Beyond its captivating appearance, the Sprint embodies performance. It showcases ultra-lightweight forged alloy wheels, air conditioning, Sport Pack, Touring Pack, and the Performance Pack, culminating in a staggering acceleration of 0 to 60mph in a mere 4.0 seconds. Its prowess extends further, reaching 100mph in just 9.9 seconds, with a top speed of 146mph.

As is customary with all vehicles at Hilton & Moss, this car has undergone an exhaustive pre-sales inspection, led by one of our adept Lotus-trained technicians.
