GRRC Spring Sprint at Goodwood Motor Circuit
The Hilton & Moss Lotus Emira GT4 showed its potential at the recent GRRC Members-only Spring Sprint, claiming a podium finish in its class despite challenging circumstances.
While some technical difficulties limited us to a single-timed run in damp conditions, the Emira shone. Our initial lap of 97.10 seconds (with a practice run marginally faster at 97.08 seconds!) was impressive considering the track fully dried out later in the day, allowing competitors to significantly improve their times, ultimately leaving us 4 seconds off the winning class time.
Running on wet tyres throughout the event, we knew there was significant untapped potential with slicks on a dry track. This highlights the exciting development opportunities for the Emira GT4 as we head towards our next race.
Overall, a successful first outing for the Emira GT4! We're eager to see what it can achieve with further development.
