Description
This Mercedes-Benz W113 280SL Pagoda was brought to the Hilton & Moss team by the long-term owner after noticing some small paintwork defects. This particular Pagoda is an incredibly original example that gets used regularly.
Upon careful inspection, it was clear that a previous and older restoration had not kept the rust away. It was agreed that the Hilton & Moss team would complete a full exterior rust removal and respray of the vehicle with a keen eye for retaining originality throughout. Over the years the paint shade had been altered, our team sourced the car's original Mercedes-Benz data card confirming the car's original paint code DB906 Gray Blue Metallic.
A full respray was completed with careful pre-fit of all external chromes and trims to ensure the very finest of finishes. All of our restoration work is completed on-site at the state-of-the-art restoration facility. This allows maximum quality control of all projects from panel replacement to mechanical repairs.
Upon completion of the full exterior respray, this W113 was treated to a full service ahead of many more motoring miles.
