The 111s S1 features the following upgrades, all performed by Lotus authorised dealers. Upgraded to the more powerful VVC engine, enhanced by a Lotus Sports Exhaust by Janspeed. Its performance is further elevated by modifications including Quaif Ultra Close Ratio Gears, a PTP Competition Clutch, and an Ultra-Light flywheel by PTP. The driving experience is enhanced by a short shift gear change by B&M.

On the suspension side, the car is equipped with Lotus Motorsport Suspension and a Lotus adjustable anti-roll bar. The performance upgrades continue with an air filter by ITG and larger Lotus Mag wheels. Safety is also addressed with the Lotus harness frame and red harness.

The VVC engine's potency is harnessed to the fullest, with a brand-new clutch, gearbox mounts, and gear linkage overhaul completed by Hilton & Moss in August 2023.
